Reference librarians are available to answer questions and provide assistance regarding collections, services, and information sources available at Boston University and elsewhere.
Contact the reference desk at refquest@bu.edu or (617) 638-4228, Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM, or stop by the desk, which is located on the 12th floor, facing the library entrance.
Appointments are recommended for individuals seeking training or in-depth assistance. Appointments can be scheduled during reference desk hours, or during weekday evenings. You can request research assistance at http://www.medlib.bu.edu/new_web/forms/workshop.cfm.
A variety of electronic indexes and knowledge databases are available for literature searching.
The Reference Tools collection is available for ready reference questions. You can also visit our Research Help page for online tutorials and research resources.
