Alumni Medical Library: Computer Lab


Submit a Request to the Library Computing Help Desk

The Alumni Medical Library Computer Lab is located on the 11th floor of the Library. Students, faculty and staff of the Boston University Schools of Medicine, Dental Medicine, Public Health, and the Boston Medical Center are eligible to use the Computer Lab. The Computer Lab provides a range of hardware and software, laser printers, scanners, and assistance with laptop computer problems.

L-11 Computing Help Desk CLOSED during L-1101 Testing Center exams.
LIMITED Help Desk Support is available on L-12 at the Circulation Desk.

A valid BU ID card may be needed for access

**McNary R-107 is accessible by valid BU ID Card.
If your BU ID is not programmed for access, please e-mail or submit a ticket with your name, BU ID# and School.
